Diane Navickis is a Rockford native who has a passion for strengthening businesses in the region. She is a seasoned professional with over 30 years of experience in Corporate Education and Management. She has worked in a variety of industries and positions making her a “Jill of all Trades”. Her formal education includes Rock Valley College and Rutgers University but admits she has learned just as much as an enthusiastic student of human nature.

Associated with her employment at Matsushita/Panasonic Companies, Ms. Navickis was certified as a professional trainer through Communico Ltd. This served as a foundation as she worked with businesses during her time with Rock Valley College’s Business and Professional Institute as a corporate trainer and college liaison for all customized training to strengthen companies through their workforce. Diane continued that passion when she accepted the position of Membership Development and Member Relations Manager at the Rockford Chamber of Commerce. Diane’s focus was educating potential and current members on the multitude of benefits and opportunities of one of the largest chambers in the state. At the Rockford Chamber she developed value-added programming and created a highly respected executive-level women’s group that provides a forum of exchange and opportunity to experience quality teaching from nationally-renown speakers and authors. Over the years Diane impacted many individuals as she formally and informally mentored and coached young professionals.

In 2015 Diane founded Custom Training Resources to further develop a more efficient, motivated workforce. She impacts employer’s bottom line by showing them how to stay relevant and competitive, increase accountability and productivity and reduce liability and attrition. Diane delivers customized professional development workshops and one-on-one coaching that fits within a company’s culture. Her passion for facilitating is displayed as energetic, experiential training which engages participants for maximum outcomes.

On a personal note Diane has two sons who attend the University of Illinois. She enjoys DIY projects around the house. Diane loves to travel and experience new things like skydiving. Her personal challenge is to learn something new every day.
